Terms & Conditions

1. Services

Perfect Panes provides professional window cleaning and exterior cleaning services. All services are subject to these terms and conditions.

2. Bookings and Appointments

Appointments are scheduled based on availability. We will make every effort to arrive at the agreed time but cannot guarantee exact arrival times due to varying job requirements.

3. Access

Customers must ensure clear access to all windows and areas to be cleaned. We reserve the right to decline service if access is restricted or unsafe.

4. Payment

Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed. We accept cash, bank transfer, and GoCardless direct debit for regular customers.

5. Cancellation

Please provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellations. Repeated cancellations may result in termination of regular service arrangements.

6. Insurance

Perfect Panes is fully insured for public liability. Proof of insurance is available upon request.
